The inadvertent disclosure of a U.S. Air Force technical manual specifying hazardous byproducts of burning wreckage has rekindled the hopes of plaintiffs seeking compensation for injuries and death from alleged exposure to toxic fumes at a secret government facility popularly known as “Area 51.” Jonathan Turley, a George Washington University law professor who represented Area 51 workers in two earlier actions, is considering another lawsuit on workers’ behalf.
