Sexual Harassment is a form of sexual discrimination. It is defined as “unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature. Some examples of sexual conduct are: sexual advances, touching of sexual nature, displaying or distributing pictures, drawings, written materials, which are sexually explicit, sexual gestures, “dirty” jokes, pressure for sexual favors, touching oneself sexually or talking about somebody’s sexual activity in front of other people.
