Google’s acquisition of video-sharing Web site YouTube — at a cool $1.65 billion — is the talk of Silicon Valley these days. The stunning price tag fetched by the 19-month-old San Bruno, Calif., startup, which had only raised $11.5 million in venture funding, was reminiscent of the dot-com boom. Firms Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett enjoyed a bird’s eye view of the deal.
