An insurance policy covering losses by Texaco employees who were evacuated when Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990 is at the core of a suit by a former CIGNA lawyer, Paul Leodori, who was fired after he complained the policy was illegal and a retired federal judge’s investigation cleared the company. Leodori says he has smoking-gun evidence to back up his claims and also charges that defense counsel deliberately withheld evidence consisting of notes by retired 3rd Circuit Judge Arlin Adams.
